These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the NsemFieData platform accessible via https://nsemfiedata.com/. By registering an account, funding your digital wallet, or purchasing data bundles, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms. NsemFieData is a service officially brought to you by Nsem Fie TV. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must discontinue your use of our services immediately.
Service Description
NsemFieData facilitates the automated purchase and delivery of mobile internet data bundles for telecommunications networks operating in Ghana, specifically MTN, Telecel, and AT. We provide a digital wallet system where users can deposit funds via Mobile Money to execute rapid transactions.
Account Registration and Security
To utilize our platform, you are required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. NsemFieData will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
Wallet Funding and Payments
All prices listed on the platform are in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS). Wallet top-ups are processed through secure, third-party Mobile Money integrations. NsemFieData operates on a strict policy of transparency regarding pricing; you will only pay the exact amount displayed at checkout with no hidden platform fees. You are responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are available in your wallet prior to initiating a purchase.
Delivery Protocol
We utilize automated API flows to process and deliver data bundles. While we advertise instant delivery, standard processing times range from 5 to 50 minutes depending on external network responsiveness. You must ensure the destination phone number provided is accurate. NsemFieData assumes no responsibility for data bundles successfully delivered to incorrect numbers entered by the user.
Agent Accounts and Reseller Privileges
Users may apply for Agent accounts to access discounted wholesale pricing across all supported networks. Agent status is granted at our sole discretion and carries no application fees. We reserve the right to audit, suspend, or revoke Agent privileges without prior notice if we detect irregular transaction patterns, policy violations, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Refund and Dispute Policy
Due to the irreversible nature of digital telecommunications products, all successful data bundle deliveries are final and non-refundable. If a transaction fails internally or the designated network provider rejects the top-up request, the exact deducted amount will be credited back to your NsemFieData wallet. Users experiencing delivery delays beyond the standard 50-minute window are required to contact our support team for resolution before disputing charges with their Mobile Money provider.
System Reliability and Limitation of Liability
NsemFieData acts as an intermediary between users and telecommunication networks. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of our services. We shall not be liable for delivery failures, financial losses, or business interruptions caused by telecommunication network outages, Mobile Money API downtime, scheduled maintenance, or any force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the NsemFieData platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the transmission of illicit funds. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, reverse-engineer our APIs, or disrupt our automated infrastructure will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of wallet balances, and potential prosecution under relevant cyber security laws.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and your use of the platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Accra, Ghana.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time to reflect changes in our business operations, legal requirements, or telecommunication partner policies. Continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes your formal acceptance of the revised terms.
